We establish Ypsomed Diabetes Care AG as a newly independent med-tech company, specializing in Diabetes treatment through advanced insulin pump systems.
To strengthen the Supply Chain department at the Burgdorf site, we are looking for an organisationally strong and structured personality as

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

• Oversee and optimize warehouse and distribution processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Manage and develop the Open Chain for sustainable growth
• Govern the end-to-end supply chain of Open Chain
• Lead the cross-functional S&OP process
• Control and improve warehouses and inventory levels in collaboration with Procurement (PUR) and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Develop and monitor cost and investment budgets
• Supervise and coordinate external warehouse locations (3PL) on an international level
• Implement continuous improvement processes (CIP) and ensure compliance with quality requirements

Your profile

• Completed training as a logistician with further qualification as a logistics manager (at least HFP) or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a comparable industry
• Strong expertise in goods flow, warehousing, and international order processing
• Proficiency in SAP SD/MM/WM and MS applications
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations and experience in service management
• Business-fluent in English and German
• Hands-on mentality, strong decision-making ability, and commercial acumen
• Experience with managing complex supply chain processes and with managing stakeholders from different functions and seniority level
