Required Qualifications

Experience: 4 years of experience in engineering & 6 years of experience within a composite manufacturing environment. Wind background will add advantages.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Communication: Strong English language skill (verbal and written).

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.

Decision Making: Sets goals and regularly follow up on these goals. Takes decisions and monitors results. Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, as needed to support operations.
