Job Description

In this position you are supporting the HR team in providing excellent HR services to all STAAR Surgical international subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Middle east. Your office will be located in Brügg.

• Responsible for a solid and autonomous Employee Life Cycle administration (hiring requests, contracts, employee letters, terminations, etc.) for assigned regions
• Manage the administrative recruitment process, write and publish job advertisements, pre-select candidates and establish offer letters
• Registering and update of employee data into our ERP (Abacus)
• Support internal and external audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
• Participate/support in international HR projects as assigned

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or similar and completed HR Assistant diploma required
• Solid professional experience of ideally 4 years in an administrative field at at least 3 year in Human Resources
• Very good English skills is a must, both in oral and written, French and/or German desirable, any other language is a plus
• Excellent professional IT Skills (especially in MS Office)
• Able to work in an international environment and in virtual teams, very well structured, organized, and flexible
