Introduction

We're looking for a driven, committed individual to join our team as a Customer Office Member at our Swiss Hub. This role offers the chance to serve society and support criminal justice systems through the smart use of electronic monitoring (EM), a core and growing feature of progressive criminal justice systems worldwide.
Buddi SA is a leading provider of offender management and electronic monitoring technology and services, used by justice authorities and police forces on five continents. We're excited to be building a support hub in Switzerland to better serve our Swiss and European customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide smart help desk services to Swiss cantonal users of Buddi EM software and devices.
- Manage stock in Switzerland to ensure users have access to the right devices at the right time.
- Design, organize, and deliver training to enhance competency in the application of Buddi software.
- Support day-to-day Buddi SA business operations, including service level monitoring and reporting, invoicing process, occasional audits, and more.
- Support the Head of Swiss EM in promoting and advancing the EM vision within Switzerland.
- Support unrelated activities of Buddi UK outside of Switzerland as requested.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and/or Italian.
- Ability to bring structure and organization to your work.
- An agile, can-do, pro-active way of working and critical thinking.
- A curiosity for technology and its use in advancing society.
- A team spirit and a hunger for continuous development for the benefit of others.
