Starting Spring/Summer in various locations around London. Based in airports or international train stations, such as Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City and St Pancras International.

Your role
As an Airport Service Coordinator you will be responsible for organizing and producing efficient, safe and seamless transportation solutions to our customers studying in our schools and Language Centres in the UK.
You will manage our customer’s arrival and departure experience at multiple UK border entry points.
You will work closely between our local suppliers and schools, as well as our sales offices and flight departments across the world and head office in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with local suppliers in UK
- Manage the arrival/departure process of customers
- Plan, consolidate and execute the transportation solutions for students arriving and departing to/from our UK schools
- Develop and improve the overall customer experience of arrival and transportation services
Qualifications
- An interest in operations and logistics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate or Advanced level of Excel
- Strong communication skills
- An analytical mind set and excellent problem-solving skills
- Capacity of working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Capable of using own initiative and being decisive
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback
- Fluency in English, other Languages are an advantage
