HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

By now, we are searching for Maternity Cover starting from May within our Custom & Transport team, who will take care of the following tasks:

What you can expect:

• Managing and monitoring international shipments being a key link among exporters, forwarders and Customs office;
• Coordinate shipping flows from all over the world to our warehouses in US, Canada, China, Hong Kong, UK;
• Support in coordinating Customs processes and Trade law Customs for Import/Export.
• Managing interfaces with internal (business units and product divisions) and external partners.

Your profile:

• Have deep knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience will be a plus;
• Having at least basic experience in a similar role will be considered a plus;
• Be fluent in written and spoken English;
• Be customer and detail-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving approach;
• Be able to manage assigned tasks with great accuracy, set your own priorities, and optimize time efficiently;
• Be well-organized and a good team worker to complete the profile.
