The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Shopper Marketing Supervisor (m/f/*) within the Consumer Business Group DACH/Benelux, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads the creation, execution and measurement of Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
• Understands regional shopper group deeply, what they need/want and how they shop.
• Works collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Mgrs, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Mgrs to execute on growth opportunities.
• Develops a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns.
• Has deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations.
• Ensures the financial viability of various marketing tactics including promotions and displays (ROI).
• Manages Regional Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizes according to sources of growth.
• Gathers analysis on marketing tactics and makes recommendations for future optimization.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
• Advanced Experience in Consumer Marketing
• Data driven mindset
• Preferably first experience in leading a small team
• Good level of English and German

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• Project Management
• Masters Degree

Travel: May include up to 10%

Target Job Grade (Range): 10 - Please note that the Job Grade provided indicates the target 3M Global Job Grade range and may vary depending on the skills and competencies of the candidate and local compensation guidelines.
