Duties and responsibilities

• Primary responsible for the Global Service Centre administrative requirements around Business Permit Renewals for all IWG Philippine entities


• Primary responsible for Apostille/ Legalization of Passports and Documents


• Agile and adaptable to work on various projects


• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and great interpersonal skills while dealing with a diverse employee population


• Acts as escalation point for Facilities and Admin team members and monitors operational performance in the absence of the Manager


• Contributes toward achieving set performance goals and KPIs for the Facilities, Admin and BCP team

Job Requirements 

• Professional Facilities and Admin experience of at least 1-2 years, ideally in a multinational company


• Experience in processing of business permits is a requirement


• Experience is processing of Apostille/Legalization of Passports is a PLUS


• Previous experience in shared services setting is a PLUS


• Demonstrated value through clear KPIs


• Flexible and can adapt well to a fast-paced environment


• Can work collaboratively with the team


• Should possess good communication skills and conversational in English


• Resilient and able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity


• Enjoys the variety of combining tactical and strategic activities
