For our customer Roche Diagnostics Switzerland AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a qualified Financial Business Partner RDCH (m/f/d).

Background:

The hiring manager is looking for a candidate for Roche Diagnostics Switzerland in Rotkreuz, the position will be posted via Fieldglass as the recruitment is urgent. Please note that hiring cannot be handled through Fieldglass. Roche Diagnostics (Switzerland) Ltd in Rotkreuz is the Swiss marketing, sales and service organization of Roche's Diagnostics Division. From here, laboratories, hospitals and doctors in Switzerland are supplied with diagnostic systems and services. RDS has approximately 170 employees. The financial business partner will be responsible for establishing the financial and KPI reporting and analysis of the RIS strategic projects. Developing and tracking the monthly and annual forecasts. Preparing and presenting the projections and analyses to project teams and leadership teams. Working collaboratively with the strategy team, business stream leads and finance partners to deliver the outcomes of the project. Ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

The perfect candidate has an advanced degree in business or in a related field and more than 5 years of experience in finance ideally in the diagnostics industry. Additionally, the person has a proven track record in finance business partnering for global and local organizations and broad Finance knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Also, the candidate is self-driven with a strong desire to experiment with new ways of working and pilot new areas and capabilities. Lastly, the person is fluent in English.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance to business workstream leads on eligibility of spend to ensure compliance
• Developing and tracking the monthly and annual forecasts
• Preparing and presenting the projections and analyses to project teams and leadership teams
• Working collaboratively with the strategy team, business stream leads and finance partners to

deliver the outcomes of the project (Member of project management core team)

• Ensuring compliance with reporting standards

Must Haves:

• Advanced degree in business or in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance ideally in the diagnostics industry or a related field across geographies, business functions, and roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
• Proficient in ERP systems (i.e. SAP) to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
