Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und unterstützen das Management.
- Organisation von Meetings und Geschäftsreisen, inklusive Übersetzungen.
- Verantwortlich für Office-Management und Unterstützung am Empfang.
Fähigkeiten
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung.
- Exzellente zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Teamarbeit sind wichtig.
- Fließend in Französisch und Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil.

Assistant / Office Administrator 80 - 100% (f, m, d)
We are looking for a self-driven and hands-on Assistant / Office Administrator for our centrally located office in Geneva. You can expect a diversified job with exciting tasks in an extremely interesting, versatile and dynamic field of activity.

Your tasks
- General administrative tasks such as writing minutes, preparation of letters to the attention of clients or the administration, as well as tax and legal tasks for the management
- Review/preparation of translations (English to French or German to French)
- Organisation of meetings and business trips
- Office management tasks (support/assistance to the front desk)
- Supporting the management in their various daily tasks and in the invoicing process
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent and further training in business/law or as an executive assistant
- At least 6 years of professional experience in executive assistance in an internationally oriented service company
- Resilient, proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills, who enjoys working in a team
- Independent, reliable, and structured work style, along with a strong affinity for IT
- Fluent in French and English, German is a strong advantage
