Stadler: Bid & Product Manager Modernization (with focus on Signalling Solutions)

• Lead bid process for signaling refits from opportunity identification to proposal submission
• Develop and implement standard service solutions (especially ETCS/ERTMS modernizations and further signaling solutions) with customers, suppliers, engineering, purchasing, sales and management
• Support the sales team with standardized solutions
• Continuously analyze the market, as well as customer and competition together with sales team and implement customer needs in innovative products
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that product strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives
• Represent Stadler as an ambassador in regular contact with customers and actively maintain this relationship
• Evaluate and define the international product strategy together with the top management and sales team
• Train Stadler organization in new service products and implement standard marketing and sales material like product descriptions, offer templates etc.

• Completed studies in the field of transport systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or economics
• Professional experience in industry, ideally in sales, product management and/or service
• Experience/further training in product management
• Experience in railway is seen as a big plus
• Open and communicative
• Independent working style, analytical ability and willingness to make a move forward
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel across Europe (20%)
