How you can make an impact
- Lead bid process for signaling refits from opportunity identification to proposal submission
- Develop and implement standard service solutions (especially ETCS/ERTMS modernizations and further signaling solutions) with customers, suppliers, engineering, purchasing, sales and management
- Support the sales team with standardized solutions
- Continuously analyze the market, as well as customer and competition together with sales team and implement customer needs in innovative products
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that product strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives
- Represent Stadler as an ambassador in regular contact with customers and actively maintain this relationship
- Evaluate and define the international product strategy together with the top management and sales team
- Train Stadler organization in new service products and implement standard marketing and sales material like product descriptions, offer templates etc.
How you will contribute
- Completed studies in the field of transport systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or economics
- Professional experience in industry, ideally in sales, product management and/or service
- Experience/further training in product management
- Experience in railway is seen as a big plus
- Open and communicative
- Independent working style, analytical ability and willingness to make a move forward
- Good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Europe (20%)
