Team Leader for Ice Cream-Chalet in Grindelwald (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for efficiently managing the KALTE LUST ice cream operations at the chalet near the Sunstar Hotel Grindelwald, ensuring customer satisfaction remains your top priority.

• Operating, organizing, and overseeing the outdoor stand at the Sunstar Hotel Grindelwald.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene regulations, and excellent customer service.
• Developing and implementing strategies to boost sales, attract new customers, and foster customer loyalty.
• Leading the team, including training, development, and motivation of employees.
• Providing regular performance reports of the outdoor stand to the headquarters.

Your profile

• Work Experience: Ideally, you have experience in the gastronomy or food industry.
