Our mandate
Meeting Room Support Technician (f/m/d)
Your mission
- Provide comprehensive support for general meetings and special requests
- Ensure smooth operation of audiovisual and videoconference systems
- Address walk-up requests and direct requests promptly
- Dedicated in-room support for VIP meetings
- Handle triage for in-room system issues and coordinate with field service dispatch when necessary
- Perform regular checks to ensure that audiovisual and videoconference systems are operational
- Support quality control testing on all newly installed or upgraded systems
Your profile
- Previous technical experience in a similar environment
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Very good communication skills for end-user support
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests
