THE POSITION
Reporting to the Head of the Finance & Accounting Team, you support the team in finance and accounting related matters. This position is limited until March 2026.
These are your key tasks:

- Responsible for Accounts Payable
- Managing payment runs, single payment orders and vendor invoices Processing and checking vendor invoices in the online workflow system
- Financial management of employee expense reports
- Managing the FIFA corporate credit cards of employees
- Execution of general bookings in SAP
- Account reconciliations for monthly and annual financial statements, including social insurance reconciliations
- Dealing with telephone and written enquires

- Proven track record of 1-3 years in a finance environment
- Basic understanding and knowledge of accounting processes and principles
- Affinity with IT systems (e.g. SAP FI and others)
- Team player across functions and locations, passes on specialist knowledge independently in the team
- Confident demeanour
- Keen sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- High degree of initiative
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently
