Hello, I'm Florian, and I'm looking to expand the team for the Mikkeller Bar in Zurich.

At long last! Henry and Sally have finally set down their bags in Zurich, Switzerland, bringing Mikkeller’s unique craft beer to the heart of the city. This is a big moment for us, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join us and help build our new international team. This is more than just pouring beer; it’s about creating a lively, inviting space where everyone from Zurich and across Switzerland can gather to explore, discover, and enjoy great brews. Your contribution:

• Serving and recommending from a rotating selection of 20+ beers, alongside a carefully curated selection of bottles, cans and snacks
• Ensuring our new Zurich space is welcoming, clean, and ready to deliver a memorable experience to our guests.
• Handling the essentials like changing kegs, receiving deliveries, and managing the bar's daily operations.

How will you be successful?

• You have a genuine passion for craft beer and maybe experience in the industry.
• You enjoy engaging with people, sharing stories, and answering questions with a smile.

• You speak German and English – fluency is a plus

• Shifts end no later than 00:30 — no endless nights!
• A balanced schedule that respects your time and provides a mix of midweek and weekend shifts

The Essentials:

• Start date in February
• 8-12 shifts per month (we’ll work with you to find the perfect fit)

The Mikkeller Brand

Mikkeller is the adventurous story of a beer loving Danish maths- and physics teacher, who started experimenting with hops, malt and yeast in his small kitchen in Copenhagen. Today, Mikkel Bjergsø exports his craft beer to 40 countries with just as many Mikkeller locations around the world. The company also runs a famous beer festival and an international running club with around 150 chapters.
