Position: Clinical Consultant
Location: Greater Toronto Area
Job type: 12-month Contract, Full Time
The impact you will have
This role is to champion, guide, and lead the delivery of comprehensive educational programs to drive and impact revenue. This position functions in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to provide clinical support and to advance the clinical practice of the business in all sectors.
As the Clinical Consultant, you will:
- Plan and deliver educational content in relation to strategic regional needs.
- Provide consultation services to customers.
- Establish and implement plans for products through partnerships to ensure and improve standardization of processes (protocols) for use across all sectors.
- In collaboration with the Sales Team, ensure implementation of effective health economic initiatives to assemble, stabilize, and grow accounts applying clinical data.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring clinical research sales tools that incorporate key articles, summaries, and detail aids.
- Monitor, analyze, and produce regional, national, and product-specific reports on related clinical studies and health care trends.
- Work with marketing to design measurable marketing objectives, establish metrics of success, create experimental designs, and contribute to marketing strategy development from a clinical perspective.
The skills you will need
- Registered Healthcare Professional with current licensure - Nursing preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate the development of educational programs for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Knowledge in developing and evaluating computer-based customer education programs.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Superior knowledge and skills using a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 2 years clinical and consultative services experience.
- Experience in Patient Handling, Pressure Injury Prevention, and Repositioning as a facilitator, peer leader, or educator.
