PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are searching for an Enterprise Risk Manager supporting Avolta in uplifting the organizations' ability to proactively manage risks, enhance its resilience, protect its assets, and maximize its opportunities for success in a constantly evolving and uncertain business environment. The role includes the maintaining and continuous improvement of a comprehensive risk management framework, process policies and procedures across Avolta within the newly implemented ERM Tool Workiva. The ERM manager may be involved in providing training to the Avolta ERM Network, supervision, and assistance to the Risk Officers and Risk Owners in performing the ERM assessment process. This position interacts with local, regional, global Senior Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Managing and coordinating the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process to identify, assess, and manage potential risks that can impact Avolta's ability to achieve its strategic and business objectives.
•Monitor the systematic execution of defined action plans and monitor their implementation.
•Provide training, supervision and assistance to the ERM Network
•Manage ERM Tool Workiva including User Management, support and Tool updates
•Facilitate the risk assessment process and risk consolidation with senior management.
•Prepare and present risk reports to the senior management, the Global Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Law or related area.
•Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of risk management experience and knowledge.
•In dept knowledge of business standards, as COSO and/or ISO 31000 Framework.
•Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
•Presentation skills and ability to speak to and present in front of Senior Management.
•Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
•Requires excellent English oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills (other languages of advantage).
DESIRABLE:
•GRC Tool experience (e.g. Workiva)
•CRM, CRP, FRM, PRM, CIA or similar professional designee
•Risk Management experience in retail and/or F&B industry
•MS Visio or Power BI
