As a Crew Absence Analyst, you manage mid-term crew absences, ensuring fair allocation and compliance planning guardrails. You optimize workforce availability through data analysis and provide guidance on absence-related inquiries, balancing crew needs with capacity requirements.
- Plan, manage, and track crew absences, including vacation, part-time leave, unpaid leave, maternity, and military service, ensuring crew capacity requirements are met
- Execute vacation and part-time awards using our crew management systems while ensuring accuracy and fairness
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company regulations related to crew absences and planning deadlines
- Provide service support and guidance to line management and crew members on common requests as well as exceptional cases regarding absence planning
- Identify trends and conduct periodic and ad-hoc analysis of planning data to optimize crew capacities
- Make holistic decisions that balance individual crew needs with overall operational requirements, ensuring fairness and efficiency
