Aufgaben
- Qualifizierung von Oberflächenbehandlungen von Metalllegierungen.
- Erstellung von Qualifizierungs-Testplänen und -berichten.
- Durchführung von Prozessaudits als technischer Auditor.
Fähigkeiten
- Hochschulabschluss in Chemieingenieurwesen oder Materialwissenschaft.
- Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Material- und Prozesstechnik.

The contractor will be responsible for:
- Qualification of surface treatments of metallic alloys
- Qualification of manufacturing processes
- Creation of Qualification Test Plan and Report
- Creation and revision of Process Specifications
- Process audits, in the field of his expertise, as technical auditor.
- University degree in Chemical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Materials Science
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years in materials and process engineering
- Experience with surface treatments on metallic alloys, and associated manufacturing processes (preferably in aviation industry)
- Proven experience in developing test plans for the qualification of manufacturing processes
- Familiar with international test standards
- Good understanding of corrosion and corrosion prevention methodologies
- Familiar with collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data. Develop conclusions and provide recommendations.
- Auditing suppliers in accordance with ISO 19011 methodology
