- Fähigkeit, Communities zu leiten und Teams im Matrixumfeld zu unterstützen.

Join Axpo’s Culture & Leadership team and take a strategic role in transforming Axpo’s work culture. You will drive change initiatives, enhance change management capabilities, and oversee the Great Place to Work Program. Your work will foster continuous improvement, strengthening Axpo’s position as a top employer in the energy sector.
What you will do:
- Lead Axpo’s “Great Place To Work” (GPTW) programme, overseeing the rollout and execution of the Great Place to Work survey, analyzing results and driving action plans for engagement.
- Monitor emerging cultural trends, integrating insights into Axpo’s people strategy.
- Further develop and establish Axpo’s Change Management Methodology strengthening the organization’s ability to effectively navigate and implement change
- Lead Axpo’s Change Community, fostering cross-functional knowledge sharing, collaboration, and alignment across business units
- Design and deliver change management training programs equipping employees and leaders with the skills and tools to successfully manage change initiatives
What you bring & who you are:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or similar, plus a Prosci Change Management Certification.
- At least 5 years of experience in change management within an international corporation or consultancy.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including senior stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead communities of practice and mentor teams in a matrix environment.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
