Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. Your team
Join the Intermediaries & Family Offices business and become part of the Sales Management team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into one of the largest and most highly respected franchises for intermediaries globally, an operation that has been part of the Bank’s core business for over 35 years.

YOUR CHALLENGE
Support the Head of Regional Marketing & Sales Management in growing the business and achieving our ambitious revenue growth targets – this will include:

Work closely with sales managers across the Region to implement sales initiatives for relevant focus products

Leverage data driven analytical tools and assist Relationship Managers along the sales value chain in doing business
-
Collaborate with product teams (esp. for Funds, Disc. Mandates & Structured Products) and with other departments (Legal, Risk Management, Compliance etc.)

Manage ad-hoc tasks related to sales & client management

Prepare external sales & marketing collateral
-
Gain expertise and increase your responsibility to grow professionally allowing you to get exposure in various projects and develop new skills & interests.
YOUR PROFILE
-
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in finance, banking, business administration or management (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Initial practical experience banking, finance, wealth management or consulting

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
-
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus
