Team Leader Talent Acquisition Switzerland

Location: Greifensee, Zurich (hybrid: 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote).We are looking for a Team Leader Talent Acquisition (TA) 100% (all genders). In this role, you lead a dynamic team of recruiters, driving best practices, engaging with candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.  Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition Europe and Switzerland.Your responsibilities - you: • lead and mentor a team of TA professionals to achieve recruitment goals in a positive team environment• manage full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer, and support onboarding of new hires• drive end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic roles• collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide best practice advice• analyze recruitment metrics, improve processes and report on team performance• ensure compliance with hiring laws and regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion • act as a key ambassador for the company’s employer brand
