Supply Chain Specialist

For our partner based in Neuchâtel, the team Gi Life Sciences is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist

Temporary position 

Tasks :

• Manage supply chain operations.

• Support the manager to capture changes in physical and financial flows.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to conduct operational activities.

• Receipt and processing of supplier invoices and tracking of discrepancies.

• Process shipping documents and liaise with freight forwarder.

• Liaise with teams including redeployments, product launches, samples, returns and reviews of products and product transfers.

• Participate in team meetings.

Profile :

• Diploma in logistics or equivalent training.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards.

• Minimum of 5 year’s experience in supply chain and multinational environment.

• Knowledge of end-to-end distribution in the supply chain.

• knowledge of GMP standards (pharmaceutical standards).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and within the allotted time.

• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

• Customer oriented and excellent communication skills.

• Very good Knowledge in English.
