Your main tasks

18 months, 3 stages incl. permanent employment contract from the start of the program!

This program offers you an exciting opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the Ypsomed Delivery Systems business area. Over the course of 18 months, you will rotate through three out of four possible focus areas, selected based on your individual skills and interests. This tailored, hands-on training allows you to gain valuable experience and practical knowledge.

Possible Focus Areas:

• Project Management: Work actively in digitization projects and support in ensuring and further developing best practices in project management.
• Product Management: Support the commercial launch of a MedTech product and conduct market and competitive analyses to provide a basis for decision-making.
• Marketing: Contribute to the development and implementation of product and service communication for injection systems.
• Business Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies for existing and new products.

Your profile

• Outstanding Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• English language skills at a minimum of B2/C1 level.
• Eager to learn and open to new challenges, with a proactive approach to developing innovative solutions.
• Interest in market analysis, strategic planning, and business processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong teamwork abilities, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
