Private Banking Services Specialist (100%)

This role covers a wide range of tasks, calling for a versatile generalist eager to handle various operational and conceptual responsibilities.

Your tasks:

Account & Client Data Management:

• Handle account openings, verification, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Monitor account status, perform client data updates and maintain comprehensive records
• Provide essential correspondence upon request, maintaining meticulous document archives

Customer Service:

• Support across E-Banking, internal Website, and Debit/Credit Cards for seamless customer experiences
• Administer user verifications and manage Debit/Credit Cards efficiently

Back Office:

• Process and coordinate outgoing and incoming paymentsExecute cash management orders
• Manage loans, credit lines, and pledges, including setup, lifecycle handling, and processing supporting documentationInvestigate reconciliation items, troubleshoot if necessary
• Contribute to enhancement projects
• Occasional reception duties and serve as a pivotal contact for queries

Your profile:

• Advanced proficiency in banking systems and data management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience using Finnova is an asset
• Ability to handle diverse tasks and be an adaptable all-rounder in a dynamic work environment
• Motivated and willing to join a dynamic and ambitious team
