The Sr. Analyst, HR Data Operations role is responsible for providing general domain expertise and sophisticated workforce data analysis and maintenance on Workday HR data and integrations, as part of Global Services support. They will help drive global HR data consistency and compliance in workforce processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy.
- Handle high volume time-sensitive EIB mass upload data requests for Global Services. Responsibilities include checking requests for compliance with mass upload policies, validating mass upload templates, processing mass uploads in Workday, analyzing and resolving EIB test upload errors, reviewing quality control findings, and providing results back to requesters.
- Perform business structure maintenance of positions and supervisory org units and maintain cost center hierarchy structure.
- Provide general guidance on Workday transactions, business processes, and on EIB processes and templates.
- Validate and handle requests for data analysis, corrections, and rescinds.
- Support Global Rewards and Recognition program through mass upload data validation, compliance checks, and processing
- Solve data and business process flow errors. Replicate issues in test environment and analyze results.
- EIB and integrations regression testing support for biannual Workday Release testing
- Integrations monitoring and error support for Workday-Taleo, Workday-Aon, and other connected systems
- Analyze sophisticated system change requests from collaborators, and handle end-to-end system change request process from draft to production migration as a business requester
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as would be assigned, e.g. coordinating system access and training forms, providing demos and training to on Workday functionality, creation and timely updates on internal team process documentation, support team’s internal people, process, and product pillars
- Understanding and continuous learning of J&J and Global Services operations and standards.
- Identify areas for improvement on team processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in team- and organization-wide extracurricular activities in support of people, skills, and personal development
