Senior Test Engineer with Payments domain expertise Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Test Engineer with Payments domain expertise to join our team of globally recognized Technologist.
This opportunity will place you at the heart of our client’s innovative Next Generation Payments Platform program, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest-quality outcomes. Your primary focus will be on executing manual and/or automated test cases using your in-depth knowledge of the Payments Domain. This position is based in Zurich and has a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and/or automated test cases for the next generation payment platform project - using UNIFITS Test engine tool
- Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to create detailed test plans
- Provide thorough documentation on testing outcomes, including defect tracking and analysis
- Strive to optimize and refine manual and automated testing procedures
- Conduct regression testing to ensure integration stability
- Participate in reviews and post-implementation analysis to ensure quality standards are met
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations in the Payments domain and testing methodologies to ensure testing strategies are aligned with current trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Software Test Engineer
- Experience with UNIFITS Test Engine is a must
- Proven track record with Payments domain projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Messaging
- Proficiency in ISO 20022 financial messaging standards are a must
- Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing client stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English is a necessity
