Project Coordinator Penetration Testing

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate security reviews for penetration testing for cyber critical systems
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met on time
• Manage resources and capacity of external penetration testers
• Interact with application responsibles and external teams to ensure security reviews are completed on time
• Moderate meetings and ensure that decisions are captured accurately and transparently
• Track the remediation of identified pentest findings throughout their entire lifecycle
• Ensure data quality of the pentest process and findings and conduct regular reporting
• Work with stakeholders to continuously improve the process and tooling for pentest coordination

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT project management
• Preferably trainings or exams completed in the area of IT project management, such as CSM, CMP, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Certifications in the field of IT Security domain such as CISSP or OSCP
• Fluent in German

• Excellent planning, coordination and communication skills
• Highly proactive, solution and results-oriented
• Able to work independently
