Aufgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams zur Optimierung der Abläufe.
- Unterstützung globaler Kunden während ihrer GBS-Reise.
- Analyse komplexer Datensätze zur Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen.
Fähigkeiten
- 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in GBS oder Business Process Outsourcing.
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Excel und PowerPoint.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil.

Your Impact
Engage in Global Business Services (GBS) projects to evaluate organizational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with project teams, including internal and client members, to optimize clients' operations and establish a foundation for success.
- Support global clients throughout their GBS journey, from designing Target Operating Models to executing large-scale business transformations.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide clients with insights and identify the best solutions.
- Contribute to creating compelling proposals that guide clients on GBS and Outsourcing strategy execution.
- Pursue personal development through diverse projects (internal/ external), a wide range of trainings, and courses.
Your Skill Set
- Have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the GBS/ Shared Services/ Captive and/ or Business Process Outsourcing consulting industry.
- Experience in one or more Shared Services functions, preferably in end-to-end Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, HR, or IT services.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in German and English; French nice to have.
