- Unterstützung internationaler Tourguides vor Ort.
- Verantwortung für den Registrierungsprozess von Tourguides.
- Aufzeichnung und Überwachung von Touren im IT-System.
Fähigkeiten
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertig erforderlich.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse und präziser Arbeitsstil sind wichtig.

Your responsibilities
- Support of international tour guides on-site, including data entry and processing
- Responsibility for the registration process of tour guides
- Recording, monitoring, and finalizing tours in the IT system
- Telephone and written support for retail stores across Europe
- Tasks related to EasyTax for Switzerland
- Analysis and evaluation of various data for statistics
Your skills
- Commercial basic education (KV EFZ) or equivalent
- Professional experience in the tourism sector is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, any additional language is an advantage
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Good IT skills
- Independent, precise, and efficient working style
