• Provide feedback and insights to improve testing processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate knowledge transfer and maximize organizational synergies.
• Support the System Testing Team with expertise on locomotive and vehicle sys-tems.
• Conduct system tests to evaluate and validate CBTC functionalities.
• Work closely with Test and Commissioning teams for on-site testing and imple-mentation support.

• Previous experience as a locomotive engineer or in a related role within rail opera-tions.
• Technical understanding of vehicle systems and their integration with signaling and communication systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in testing environments.
• Interest in developing new solutions and applying innovative technologies and methods.
• Proactive attitude and a team player.
• Fluent in English is mandatory; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
• Experience with Python scripting language and/or PLC programming language is a plus.
