- Verantwortung für die täglichen Marketplace-Operationen.
- Führung des Teams aus Content Specialist und Technical Manager.
- Steuerung der operativen Partnerleistungen und Marketingkampagnen.
Fähigkeiten
- Abschluss in E-Commerce, IT oder digitalem Marketing erforderlich.
- Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Bereich, idealerweise im Marketplace.
- Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch oder Französisch.

To strengthen our Digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Marketplace / e-consignment Lead (m/f/d), 100% in Basel Headquarters as of 01.04.2025.
Your Tasks
- You identify and evaluate leads that align with Manor.ch's DNA.
- You build and strengthen relationships with external suppliers, including aggregators and platforms.
- You collaborate closely with category management to ensure the relevance of Manor's overall assortment.
- You facilitate the seamless integration of newly recruited partners from start to finish.
- You oversee the coherence and quality of product content to meet Manor's standards.
- You develop a coherent assortment strategy for the Econsignment platform.
- You proactively suggest innovative solutions to active partners to enhance their performance in areas such as products, pricing, assortment, and service quality.
- You demonstrate the ability to persuade new key partners to join our Econsignment platform.
your profile
- You hold a degree in Business or equivalent in commerce.
- You have experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in the marketplace domain.
- You have strong understanding of ecommerce tools and their setup.
- You have experience using Mirakl and Hybris.
- You are a passionate individual who likes working in a start-up environment.
- You are fluent in English and German or French.
