Aufgaben
- Vertrete das Hotel während des gesamten Aufenthalts der Gäste.
- Biete personalisierte Aufmerksamkeit und schaffe positive Erlebnisse.
- Antizipiere die Bedürfnisse der Gäste und übertreffe ihre Erwartungen.
Fähigkeiten
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Hotel.
- Fließend in Italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
- Gute Kenntnisse von Opera und Stressmanagement.

Introduction
The Hotel Splendide Royal, member of Swiss Deluxe Hotels and Leading Hotels of the World, in order to complete our team, is looking for an experienced and motivated Front Office Agent
Your profile
Dynamic personality, eloquent and polite, must be fluent (oral and written) in Italian, English, German (a good knowledge of French would be of advantage), must have a good knowledge of Opera and be able to manage some stress situations.
The successful candidate should have a natural talent for customer service, a customer oriented approach and able to meet and exceed guests' expectations by anticipating the services they might require. A deep knowledge of the relevant quality standard of Swiss Deluxe Hotels and The Leading Hotels of the World would be of advantage.
Your tasks
The applicant will represents the hotel to our guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay, therefore we are looking for a professional candidate with at least 3 years of previous hotel experience in a same Hotel category and position who will give to our guests a personalized attention and proactively create a positive experience.
