Join On's Product Operations team as a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Data Integrity - Senior Lead to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our product data. You will be a key player in optimizing our data labeling process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for process improvement.

You will be a member of the Product Operations team and report to the Head of Product Data Integrity.

Your Mission

• Champion Data Quality: Ensures data quality, completeness, and accuracy within the PLM system through audits and process improvements. Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance data quality, streamline workflows, and automate processes.
• Labeling Data Management: Manage and maintain the Labeling Data file, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates. Collaborates with the Vietnam team to optimize file structure and integrate hangtag data, including exploring translation automation. Streamlines the data labeling process through workflow analysis and automation with Tech & PLM, PMD/D365 teams. Develops and maintains process documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Product Strategy, Materials, Merchandising, Sourcing, Tech, PLM, PMD, etc.) to resolve data issues and ensure seamless integration throughout the product lifecycle. Serves as a product data expert, providing guidance to stakeholders and fostering strong internal/external relationships.
• Analyze & Report: Tracks key data metrics (quality, completeness, timeliness), analyzes trends to identify improvement areas, and provides actionable insights via data summaries and reports to support data-driven decisions.
