R&D Project Leader (w/m)

Your Challenges

• Management of product development projects with a high degree of innovation and complexity in an international environment

• Development of new products according to requirements

• Implementation of technical work packages in innovation projects

• Coaching of project staff in process knowledge and efficiency improvement

• Support in interdisciplinary business projects through technical expertise

Your Qualification

• Completed university education (university of applied sciences, college of applied sciences, or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering

• Several years of professional experience as an engineer or developer in an industrial environment

• Experience in agile project management

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

• Team player with initiative, a spirit of innovation, and a commitment to quality
