We are a specialized logistics company based in Switzerland with offices in Asia, USA, Brazil, Germany and Costa Rica.
Since 1997, we have been purchasing maritime freight and logistics services for our discerning customers from all over the world and handling the operational and administrative aspects of transportation.
To support our rapidly growing business, we are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and self-motivated individual with a strong customer-centric approach to join our Customer Service team.

How you create impact
- Competent and independent support of our customers by e-mail and telephone
- Coordination, scheduling and monitoring of global sea transports in compliance with KPIs (import and export as well as cross trade, FCL and LCL)
- Processing special cases and special requests
- Receiving and checking customer orders
- Communication with customers, suppliers, internal and external parties
- Overseeing invoices to customers, partners and suppliers
That makes you the ideal candidate
You should bring along the following knowledge and experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sea freight forwarding
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- You are a team player as well as capable of working autonomously and proactively
- General tech savviness and good MS Office skills
- German and English are essential, other languages like French are an advantage
