As a Brand Executive, you will develop and execute the activation strategy for tailormade brand activations in HORECA/OTG channel in hot zones and Winter regions in western Switzerland in close collaboration with our Field Sales, OOH Channel Marketing Team and creative agencies.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that all activation activities align with our overall brand strategies, maximizes impact and opens new business opportunities for the Sales Channel
- Managing and monitoring the execution of all activations effectively and timely, focus on effective cost management with the aim of return on investment and proactively finding new and innovative ways of activation
- Be part of regular market and customer visits. Monitor and review of the brand and activation activities of Coca-Cola HBC and competitors and come up with contemporary and trendy activation tools and visuals
- Design and plan specific activation and promotional campaigns tailored to each outlet. Ensure these plans increase brand visibility and drive sales. Focus is on HoReCa Outlets (selectively also OTG) and Winter regions but also operational support for the marketing activation of special events
- Implement activations with the right stakeholders (Regional Activation Execution Team members, external agency portfolio or self) to ensure cost-effective execution
- Order and monitor the material and suppliers which are related to the activations in close cooperation with Procurement, Sales and Channel Marketing Managers. Developing and managing the budget (DME and CAPEX) for the activation plan
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- At least 3 years of experience in creative brand activation position - ideally in trade marketing (corporate or agency side)
- Creative thinker with Can-Do attitude
- Design experience is an advantage
- Experience in project management as well as analytical and conceptual mindset
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident appearance, independent, proactive and reliable way of working
- Design affinity as well as technical know-how is a must (you must be able to estimate the feasibility of the activations/ideas)
- Sales experience and / or knowledge of the out of home market (HoReCa sector) in Switzerland is an advantage
- Fluent in French and English (German is an advantage)
