For one of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a

IT Infrastructure Engineer Senior

You will join the IT department, in charge a daily operations and IT external partner's relations. In your role, you will be actively participating in IT and banking projects with Projects team. You will also play as a secondary point of contact for security / business continuity management

Missions : 

• 2nd and 3rd level Support for all collaborators 

• Manage and Leverage local infrastructure (VMWare, Veeam, Citrix, Simplivity) 

• Ensure security monitoring and its evolvement (following end of life support, improve security) 

• Daily management of data loss prevention system 

• Maintain and capitalize on Robots (Blueprism) 

• Ensure day-to-day operations with ASSL (access requests, incident management, outsourced activities, backup security validations) 

• Ensure relation with external IT partners (operation meeting, access requests, incident management, outsourced activities, disaster recovery) 

• Scripting and automation for best quality of service 

• Maintain regulatory compliance, business continuity planning, SLA, internal controls 

• Participate in strategic initiatives and build detailed business cases

Profile:

• First experience in Switzerland is MANDATORY!!

• At least 5 years' experience as an IT Engineer 

• General knowledge in Engineering (Systems, Network and Security) 

• Excellent Knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, VMWare, Veeam, Citrix, MS Teams. 

• Good knowledge of private banking industry (confidentiality, processes, security) 

• Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English (minimum level B2) 

• Ability to work in a small team and independently 

• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research 

• Good communication and service oriented.
