The Position
navify Lab Operations is one of the strategic products of the Diagnostics Insights portfolio, and we are on the journey to expand the commercialization impact of the product while modernizing it in alignment with the digital portfolio, and make it a reality within the Workflow management IBT. The Business Product Manager is a critical role in ensuring the success of our vision to build and bring innovative solutions to our customers working cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
navify Lab Operations is a product currently deployed in more than 3000 customers, with an encouraged growth doubling at the least the current install base. It runs the backbone of the Lab operations, supporting critical operations and key for our business.
Therefore we are looking for someone very expert working with the Core Lab space and our customers, that can bring expertise, ramp up very quickly and focus on supporting strategic transition to the product modernization while handling the product considering the current installed base and searching for commercialization opportunities. Consistent track record of results, with a very innovative approach and business mindset. Personally motivated, creative problem solver and accountable teammate. Proven ability to respectfully provide and receive feedback.
Your opportunities:

Evolve the existing product and expand the commercialization opportunities in alignment with the strategy

Evaluate opportunities and decide collaboratively what gets build and delivered to customers

Making sure that what goes into the backlog, advised by evidence, is worth building

The product manager is the person we, ultimately, hold responsible and accountable for the success of the product.

As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business product activities.

Co-create, inform, implement, communicate and evangelize the value of the product and strategy.

Forecasting revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives; create business cases and present to stakeholders including up to executive management.

Lead setting OKRs for the product line and in alignment with business leadership, product, and other cross-functional customers. Evaluate product sales performance and make improvements as required.

Who you are:

Profound experience in Product Management, successfully building and delivering innovative solutions in the Healthcare IT space as a lead or sole product manager from conception to launch.

Experienced in leading teams

Worked closely with navify LAB Operations (former cobas infinity) and other software in the Healthcare IT industry

Experience working in Roche affiliate is an advantage
