Your challenge
-
Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP complex projects, ensuring adherence to the Project Management methodologies like SAP Activate, SAFe, DevOps

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP project execution

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management

Develop and maintain detailed SAP project plans / roadmaps, including resource allocation, timelines and budgets

Lead transformation and change management as part of the major SAP programs and projects

Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations

Active participation in global SAP Project Portfolio Management

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the SAP project lifecycle

Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver value
Your qualifications
-
Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position

Proven track record of managing complex SAP/IT projects in an agile environment, including experience with SAP implementation, migration, or upgrades

Credentials like PMP (Project Management Professional), SAP Implementing SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent

Knowledge of SAP software and technologies, as well as understanding of system integration and IT architecture

Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage stakeholders, and drive SAP projects to successful completion

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

Strong team player with willingness to take ownership

Fluent business English is a must, German is a plus
