Your new responsibilities
- You will support IT Management with administrative tasks and assist in documentation and presentations
- Taking ownership of smaller assigned projects and driving them forward with guidance from the team
- Evaluating statistical data and information
- Supporting the organization of workshops and events
- Coordinating project meetings
Your skills and experience
- Enrolled at a Swiss University or University of Applied Sciences in the fields of business administration, economics, innovation, communication, or a technology-related field
- You are at least in your 2nd semester of your bachelor's studies or a recent bachelor's graduate, with the intention and plan to enroll in a master’s degree as your next step
- Preferably gained initial professional experience in a corporate environment or a similar field (e.g., internship or working student role)
- Project management skills and proficiency in the main Microsoft Office applications are among your strengths
- High motivation, intercultural competence, and an open attitude, as the team is regionally distributed
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
