Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an interim Customer Service Representative to join our DK Household Brands team on a fixed term contract for 6 months, with an immediate start. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our success and offers an excellent opportunity to join a great team.

We are a premium housewares brand, with a portfolio of distinguished brands including Cole & Mason, Culinare, Zyliss, AdHoc, Ken Hom and Swissmar; and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily checking/maintenance of stock levels
• Entering/transmitting orders in Business Central
• Invoicing
• Maintaining Track & Trace in Shopify
• Answering inquiries, including via a telephone service (spare parts, general information, advice, complaints)
• Updating stocks (synchronized with MRP), upload to the FTP server
• Importing to Business Central
• Checking stock levels
• Maintaining delivery data, transmission to K+N
• Entry of items incl. price control
• Checking each item line in Business Central for each delivery order. From about 16:00, when delivery files K+N are imported.
• Cancelling any duplicate items and re-enter them as a total
• Delivering DESADV on TrueCommerce Platform to Customers
• Invoicing delivered orders, paying attention to distribution lists (e-mail) or sending them by post. No stamp invoicing available.
• Updating Tableau and loading to the server

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and who has a passion for customer excellence. You will be well-organised, have excellent attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills.

The role requires a fluent German speaker, and French and Swiss German would also be ideal.

This is a full-time role, for a temporary period of 6 months, based out of our Zurich office. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
