To strengthen our R&D Team, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Role mission
Designing comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings required by the R&D team, creating high-quality 3D renderings of endodontic products, conducting laboratory investigations, and managing selected private label and/or distribution projects as a project lead
Your responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for products, machinery, or systems
- Ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Work closely with project managers and project team members to refine design concepts
- Assist in building prototypes and testing designs to validate functionality
- Perform lab tests, analyze results, and propose improvements for optimization
- Act as a project manager for selected private label and/or distribution projects:
o Manage projects from ideation until product launch
o Deliver all requirements for the commercialization of a medical device
o Respect the given technical and marketing specifications
o Respect the project timeline and budget
o Comply with all product development procedures, including quality assurance procedures, as well as with applicable regulatory requirements and standards
Your profile
- HES engineering degree in technical field and ideally a technical designer diploma (CFC)
- Or 10 years experienced as a technical designer (CFC) in the medical device industry, is a plus
- Proven strong organizational and project management
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in designing software (knowledge on inventor is a plus)
- Expert use of Microsoft-Office tools
- Strong drive for results and achievements
- Good organization and practical skills
- Proactive, creative, versatility and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong influential and communication skills, ability to interact frequently and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders in R&D and product management
