We are currently looking for an experienced Neuchâtel based

Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Your role:

• Monitor daily communications with clients, including email, chat, phone calls
• Manage special requests under time pressure
• Initiate regular events to enforce the relationship with the clients
• Develop strong relationships with third parties
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree – ideally hospitality, business administration, economics
• With minimum 5 years experience, ideally in finance, real estate.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (oral / written) is a must, and/or French, German highly desired
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Experience in managing clients / key accounts
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Solution-oriented & strong team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude
• In-depth local knowledge of business practices, daily life, and cultural norms in Switzerland
• Driving licence
