Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Design Engineer F/M/X with extensive experience in the design of aircraft main structures to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in wing main structures and possess the ability to contribute effectively to our engineering projects.
🔥 Responsibilities:
- Design and develop wing main structures, including skins, spars, and ribs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions and address technical challenges.
- Utilize NX (3D and 2D) and Teamcenter for design modeling and documentation.
- Conduct structural analysis and simulations to validate design integrity and performance.
- Prepare and present design reviews, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in aircraft design.
- Support the manufacturing process by providing technical guidance and resolving design-related issues.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the design of aircraft main structures, with a focus on wing components.
- You have demonstrated experience in the design of wing main structures, including skins, spars, and ribs.
- You possess strong knowledge of NX (3D and 2D) and Teamcenter.
- Familiarity with flap and flap kinematic systems, as well as aileron control systems, is an advantage.
- You are fluent in English, with proficiency in Italian or German considered a plus.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
