As the maternity cover of the Integrated Marketing Lead you will be a part of the Integrated Marketing Team (3 Integrated Marketing Leads, 1 Collaborations & Partnerships Marketing Lead and 1 Head of Integrated Marketing) and responsible for leading the strategy, seasonal campaign creative idea development, omni-channel orchestration, MarCom calendar and optimization of integrated marketing experiences for Mammut, globally.

Your responsibilities
- Own the development of message strategy, creative idea and orchestrate the execution of integrated omni-channel marketing experiences together with a broader marketing team for Mammut, end-to-end and across functions
- Drive landscape research and -analysis across relevant markets and stakeholders, with a focus on identifying and integrating consumer-, category-, and market insights
- Set objectives, goals and metrics for campaigns and activations to drive overarching annual business- and marketing KPIs, as well as Mammut’s vision and mission
- Lead marketing campaign strategy, messaging, activation plans, and communication context strategy to support both brand health as well as campaign communication objectives
- Lead creative idea, concept development & testing, product positioning- and marketing, campaign briefing, and oversee creative- and content development with respective partners
- Own and optimize marketing communication and messaging effectiveness via pre-launch testing and/or in-market experimentation
- Partner deeply with, and lead communication across all marketing disciplines, as well as cross-functionally as a single point of contact for product- and commercial teams
- Collaborate to integrate athlete- or partnerships-driven marketing activations into seasonal campaign plans
- Coordinate campaign development, launch, implementation across marketing functions and channels, as well as optimization, performance measurement and -reporting vs. goals
- Create and continually improve messaging and executional coherence between campaign execution and always-on acquisition- and retention marketing execution
- Coordinate campaign budgeting from requirement definition and pitch to mix/allocation and tracking/reporting
Your profile
- BSc in Marketing, Brand Management, PR and/or Communication, Design or another relevant field or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing Science, or Media- and Communication Management
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven track record of growing a business through marketing activation
- Detailed understanding of how to manage a full, modern marketing mix (digital & retail)
- Experience in building a brand across different channels and regions
- Demonstrated skills in designing and developing successful marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong data-driven, strategic, and consumer-centric thinking, yet with a bias toward action
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and proactively assuming accountability for on-time delivery
- Strong sense for creative effectiveness and compelling consumer messaging
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive positive change in the organization
- Experience in growing a business within the DTC space
- Ability to motivate and empower peers and colleagues across functions & excellent problem solving skills
- Independent and entrepreneurial thinker, results oriented, with a strong drive for action
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- IT affinity and solid experience in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, advantageously also Google Analytics, Asana, Adobe CS or Figma
