Trust in Soda is working with a leading global consultancy to recruit a talented Senior SAP UiPath / SAP BTP / BizDevOps Engineer. They are looking for a BizDevOps Engineer to focus on the development and operation of bots. You will use the existing frameworks, such as UiPath, Power Automate or SAP BTP. At the same time, you will ensure that the deliverables are coordinated with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. accounting, controlling, etc.) regarding the planning, including milestones.
Essential Skills

• Fluent in German and English.
• Based near or willing to travel to Berne.
• Very good knowledge in the development of RPA solutions with the tool UiPath (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, other UiPath components) and other tools (e.g. SAP BTP / Microsoft Power Automate etc.).
• Several years of experience with integrations and interface programming (e.g. APIs, databases).
• Confident handling of programming languages such as VB.NET, C# or Python, as well as basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in identifying business processes that are suitable for automation as well as conducting detailed analyses and consulting of the specialist departments (business process understanding in operational accounting with an SAP-centric landscape)
• In-depth experience working as an external consultant, ideally in an agile environment (SAFe). High level of personal responsibility and hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Identification and analysis of processes that can be optimized by Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The focus is on the operational business process in accounting (SAP-centric).
• Design, development/implementation and operation of RPA solutions using tools UiPath / Microsoft / SAP.
• Integration of RPA tools with existing systems and software solutions.
• Perform tests, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the bots you develop.
• Creation of user and technical documentation, as well as implementation of training courses for end users and internal teams.
• Close cooperation with specialist departments to understand and implement the requirements and goals of the automation projects.

• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Tätigkeit als externer Berater, idealerweise im agilen Umfeld (SAFe). Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität.

Aufgaben

• Identifikation und Analyse von Prozessen, die durch Robotic Process Automation (RPA) optimiert werden können. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf dem operativen Geschäftsprozess im Rechnungswesen (SAP-zentriert).
• Design, Entwicklung/Implementierung und Betrieb von RPA-Lösungen mit Tools von UiPath / Microsoft / SAP.
• Integration von RPA-Tools in bestehende Systeme und Softwarelösungen.
• Durchführen von Tests, Fehlerbehebung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der von Ihnen entwickelten Bots.
• Erstellen von Benutzer- und technischer Dokumentation sowie Durchführung von Schulungen für Endbenutzer und interne Teams.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, um die Anforderungen und Ziele der Automatisierungsprojekte zu verstehen und umzusetzen.
