Broker Relation Associate

Are you a motivated self-starter with the desire to improve your relationship management skills and make an impact on ZIB’s activity ?

Zurich Integrated Benefits (ZIB) develops employee benefits solutions for corporate customers and distributes them via multiple channels, especially brokerage and consulting firms.

What you will do

As a business-oriented associate in our Broker Relations team you will:

• Support daily activities by proactively engaging in all team initiatives
• Collaborate with the Head of Broker Relations to help shape the distribution strategy for ZIB
• Work with our B2B2E, marketing and customer teams to distribute innovative solutions.
• Contribute to retain and grow domestic and international employee benefits portfolios
• Engage with internal and external counterparts around protection and savings solutions
• Support business units in managing relationships with intermediaries effectively

What you bring

The skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:

• Some experience in market facing, relationship management roles in employee benefits
• Familiarity with both pension and protection solutions across major markets
• Negotiation skills, ability to convey complex messages in a compelling manner.
• Can-do attitude, with a clear focus on business outcomes
• Good team player with ability to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English, with other languages a plus
• London-based applicants also welcome
