Your Crew:
Join our multidisciplinary team of 11 engineers, where you’ll help in the industrialization and support of serial production of launch vehicle structures. You’ll work in a multicultural environment, closely collaborating with development engineering and our operations organization, engaging with a broad range of technologies. Our collaborative and lean organization fosters creativity and professional growth, supported by highly skilled experts. Your Mission:
- Write technical documentation required to perform manufacturability tests for flight hardware, execute and report
- Support the continuous improvement process by implementing lessons learned into manufacturing documentation
- Support the planning, documentation and execution of maintenance and repair work of production means
- Improve our manufacturing processes through rapid prototyping (design and 3D-printing) of jigs and tools with fast iterations
- Work on Corrective/Preventive actions to increase the quality of our products
Your Story:
- Master or Bachelor student in Material Sciences or Mechanical Engineering. You need to be at least in the 5th semester of your Bachelor
- Any experience in the aerospace industry and / or with composite materials (CFRP) would be a plus (but not a must, you are here to learn!)
- Critical thinker, you like to face challenges and independently find the optimal solution in a rational manner
- Excellent team-player, you will join a team ready to help each other
- Good command of German and English (minimum B2). Both are used on a daily basis
