For the central Cosmetics finance department in Arlesheim, we are looking for a young, dynamic, and numerate person with immediate effect in the position of
Your role:
- Actively support our innovation controller in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in preparing financial figures for innovation business cases related to new product development in the Cosmetics business unit.
- Learn the ropes of calculating profitable innovations and take charge of preliminary product calculations.
- Get also the chance to gain exposure to other group functions by supporting the Finance Cosmetics Team in daily operations (cost center deviation tracking, forecasting support, business data preparation).
Your profile:
- Have a bachelor’s degree (or are finishing one) in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Are passionate about business and eager to dive into hands-on experience.
- Are quick to grasp new concepts and curious to continuously learn.
- Want to strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Take initiative and think entrepreneurially.
- Value teamwork and enjoy contributing to a fun, collaborative work environment.
- Are fluent in English (B2+) and German, both written and spoken.
- have at least basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (a plus!).
